Meet the Cast


JACKSON EVANS* (Alan Zweibel) is incredibly grateful to be back at Mercury Theater Chicago after having appeared as Princeton in Avenue Q. Regional credits include: Peter and the Starcatcher and The Full Monty (Peninsula Players); My Fair Lady (Lyric Opera of Chicago); Ride the Cyclone, Seussical, Short Shakespeare! The Taming of the Shew (Chicago Shakespeare); Monty Python’s Spamalot, Hairspray, and The Wizard of Oz (Drury Lane Oakbrook); Singin’ In The Rain, High School Musical, Pinocchio, and Cinderella (Marriott Theatre); The Producers (McLeod Summer Playhouse); Knute Rockne: All American, La Cage aux Folles, and Crazy For You (Theatre at the Center); Big, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Seussical and The Wiz (First Stage Milwaukee) and touring the country with The Realish Housewives with Second City. He is a proud graduate of Northwestern University and teacher with Black Box Acting Studio. 

JASON GRIMM* (Everyone Else) is excited to return to Mercury Theater Chicago where he was previously seen in The Man Who Murdered Sherlock Holmes and The Addams Family. Jason has also recently worked with Chicago Shakespeare Theatre, Drury Lane Theatre, The House Theatre of Chicago, Lookingglass Theatre Company, Marriott Theatre, Paramount Theatre, Porchlight Music Theatre and Strawdog Theatre Company. He also spent two years in The Second City National Touring Company and regularly teaches at The Annoyance Theatre.

DANA TRETTA* (Gilda Radner) is pleased to make her Mercury Theater Chicago debut. She was recently seen as Annie in In the Next Room, or the vibrator play with TimeLine Theatre Company.  Other Chicago theatre credits include work with Porchlight Music Theatre (Equity Jeff nomination – A Class Act), Paramount Theatre, About Face Theatre, Route 66 Theatre, Writer's Theatre, Marriott Theatre, Griffin Theatre, Theo Ubique, The Hypocrites, The House Theatre, and Boho Theatre (Non-Equity Jeff Award – Pippin). Dana is represented by Shirley Hamilton Talent.  Much thanks and admiration to Walter and Warner.  Much love and respect to Alan and Gilda.

 

JAKE BRADLEY (u/s Alan Zweibel, Everyone Else) is thrilled to be making his Mercury Theater Chicago debut with Bunny Bunny! Recent theatre credits include: Creatives (Chicago Theatre Workshop), Reefer Madness: the Musical (Mayne Stage), United We Fall (iO Theatre), El Stories (Waltzing Mechanics), and As You Like It (Shakespeare in Delaware Park). TV/Film: In An Instant (ABC), Hot Date (PopTV), Pet Names (Shaky Balloon Productions). Jake can frequently be seen performing comedy all around Chicago-often at the iO Theatre where he has performed with Scout, The Ice Cream Joint Simulation, Late as F**k with Polar Pig, Opposite Town and more. He produces online content for the iO Comedy Network and original music can be found on Spotify. He received his BFA in Acting from SUNY Fredonia and is represented by Shirley Hamilton Talent, Inc.

ANNA SEGATTI (u/s Gilda Radner) is thrilled to be making her Mercury Theater Chicago debut. Favorite credits include: Little Red Ridinghood in Into The Woods (Metropolis Performing Arts Center), Susie in Snapshots (Circa '21), Crissy in Hair (The Barn Theatre), Ruby Rae in Best Little Whorehouse in Texas (The Barn Theatre), Irene in The Circus in Winter (BSU), and Mrs. Cratchit in A Christmas Carol (National Tour). Anna is a graduate of Ball State University (BFA: Musical Theatre). Anna would like to thank Walter & Warner for this incredible opportunity.
